Nestled just 4 km from Avila's center, this hotel offers a serene escape with beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance. The modern amenities, like the spa and gym facilities, provided a relaxing retreat during my weekend getaway.The room itself was spacious and comfortable, boasting a super-king-size bed and a well-appointed bathroom with luxurious amenities. However, the noise from a wedding on the premises detracted from the overall tranquility of the stay. Despite this, the friendly staff and excellent breakfast selection added a touch of warmth to the corporate-style setting.While the hotel leans towards the higher end in terms of cost, the overall value proposition is somewhat marred by maintenance issues and occasional disruptions. For travelers seeking a balance between luxury and cost, Fontecruz Avila may be a suitable option, especially considering its proximity to Avila's historic sites.
